**$10,000 New Hire Sign-on Bonus**
Shift Differential: $5.00/hour between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; $7.50/hour between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM **(at minimum of 4 hours worked)**
Weekend Differential: An additional $7.50/hour between Fridays at 11:00 PM - Mondays at 7:00 AM
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients and their families. Maintains a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code for Nurses, Philosophy of Nursing at UnityPoint Health with in the structure of the Professional Nurse Practice Model and in collaboration with other care givers.
This positon floats to all Medical – Surgical inpatient units at the three Quad City Campuses.

Development & Patient Education
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Diploma from an RN program. BSN degree preferred. 1 years of Acute Care clinical experience. Must have clinical experience in at least two service line (Service Lines: Medical/Surgical, Rehab, and Maternal Child with at least one being M/S.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS: Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English. Multicultural sensitivity. Microsoft Office – basic computer skills. Customer/patient focused. Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 6 months of hire. Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification within 6 months of hire.
