Shift Differential: $5.00/hour between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; $7.50/hour between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM **(at minimum of 4 hours worked)**

Demonstrates competence in the skills, (critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical) necessary to carry out assigned duties. Demonstrated competence in recognizing and responding to patients physical, mental, emotional and developmental needs should be evaluated in relation to the patient populations served as appropriate for each responsibility.
Utilizing the Nursing Process, coordinates and implements care of patients within an assigned unit of the hospital under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Patient Care Manager. Performs work of considerable difficulty. Represents nursing within Trinity Medical Center and works to improve the health of the communities we serve.
Must be licensed in Illinois and/or Iowa by the time of hire. To be considered must be enrolled in a Registered Nurse Program.
