**$10,000 New Hire Sign-on Bonus**
Shift Differential: $5.00/hour between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; $7.50/hour between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM **(at minimum of 4 hours worked)**
Weekend Differential: An additional $7.50/hour between Fridays at 11:00 PM - Mondays at 7:00 AM
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients and their families. Maintains a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code for Nurses, Philosophy of Nursing at UnityPoint Health with in the structure of the Professional Nurse Practice Model and in collaboration with other care givers.

Clinical Excellence/Patient Care
Development & Patient Education
Education: Diploma from an RN program. BSN degree preferred
Experience: Prefer one (1) year of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency.
License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. ACLS, PALS OR ENPC, TNCC or TNS required to be completed within one year of hire date. CSRN (Certified Sedation RN) only for those designated nurses giving sedation within the department.
Lifting Requirements: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
