Up to $10,000 for LCPC or LCSW

Up to $5,000 for LPC or LSW

Seeking office based counselor with experience with DSM-V and working with various diagnosis. The person should be comfortable with individual/group supervision. Person should expect to provide counseling service to individuals across the lifespan.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling for children, adolescents, and adults
• Partner with clients to complete a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan to assist client in meeting goals
• Utilize the DSM 5 to formulate diagnoses
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat a wide variety of presenting concerns and diagnoses
• Work within a comprehensive treatment team-inclusive of behavioral health professionals, community support specialists, substance use/addiction counselors, crisis workers, and psychiatric providers

Education:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social work. 

License/Certification:

• LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LSW preferred
• Illinois Driver's License Required
• Ability to pass Illinois Healthcare Workers Background Check
• Must be able to work individually or in a team facility/hospital.

Must have control over personal use of all mood-altering chemicals and behaviors.

If recovering from an addiction, must currently have a minimum of 1 years of uninterrupted recovery and must actively treat this addiction by appropriate recovery practices.
