This individual must be highly self-motivated customer service focused with excellent culinary skills in a time sensitive work environment. Responsibilities of this ‚¬Å“fast- paced‚¬? position includes overseeing the handling, preparation, and storage of food, assembly, delivery, and maintaining specifics with diet orders with patients, be able to understand special diets and use critical thinking skills. This customer service focused position will also use patient information to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed for their specific diets. Two years cooking or food service experience. High School diploma or GED required. Math Skills are required. Silver lever National Career Readiness Certification preferred.
