The Greeter will initiate positive customer service relations in keeping with Trinity’s Guest Relationship Principles. Works closely with Patient Registrars and Nursing Service in communicating patient’s arrival and entering them into the computerized electronic medical record.
Demonstrates competence in the skills, (processes, procedures, and equipment) necessary to carry out assigned duties as identified below.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate. Prior customer service experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS:
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills to include excellent listening and speaking skills. Must be able to function well in direct contact with patients. Pleasant speaking voice and listening abilities. Ability to use telephone, keyboard, copier and fax machine. Must possess organization abilities and be self-directed.
