The staff occupational therapist is responsible for patient examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and therapeutic intervention. The staff occupational therapist practices within the scope of the profession of Occupational Therapy for adult and pediatric patients. In addition, this associate is expected to adhere to and exemplify the St. Luke’s Standards of Excellence and the PMR associate-patient relationship policy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
For the safety of our patients and co-workers, St. Luke’s Hospital requires seasonal and job related vaccinations. This is reviewed regularly during periodic health assessments.
