Coordinates patient care activities and the flow of patient information by effective communication with other office staff, physicians, patients, families and a variety of health care agencies and appropriate documentation to ensure continuity of care. 1. Assists with orientation of new staff, nursing and medical students and residents. 4. Coordinates and participates as an effective member of the health care team to ensure high quality care and patient satisfaction by providing a professional and congenial work environment for patients, office staff and physicians. 1.
