We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pulmunology Specialty Clinic. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care and interested in specialty nursing.

You’ll assess and triage patient needs, coordinate care, provide education, and support patients. Working alongside experienced providers and a collaborative team, you’ll play an important role in helping patients manage complex conditions and achieve better health outcomes.

• Evaluate incoming patient calls to assess symptoms, determine urgency, and identify appropriate next steps.
• Provide telephone triage and guide patients to the appropriate level of care or follow-up.
• Communicate effectively with providers and the clinical team to ensure timely, appropriate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on conditions, treatments, medications, procedures, and home care.
• Accurately document patient interactions, assessments, and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Track patient needs and coordinate follow-up care to promote continuity and positive outcomes.

• • Registered Nurse (RN) – Active/Unencumbered RN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills
