Shift: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, for 80 hours per pay period. 

As a member of an inter-disciplinary Supply Chain team, a Receiver performs receiving tasks within the ERP system and may also be responsible for driving and delivering equipment to on-campus departments, off-campus facilities, and clinics as appropriate within assigned region.

Receiving and Delivery: 

• Responsible for efficient and timely unloading of shipments from freight carrier through use of pallet jack, hand truck, or flatbed
• Inspects packages for damages
• Verifies product shipment to packing slip
• Appropriately and accurately documents receipt of product in Lawson ERP system
• Identifies and communicates with Central Procurement discrepancies in shipments
• Files packing slips and receiving records
• Completes delivery of packages to correct location per Purchase Order
• Processes vendor returns in the ERP system and for the outbound freight carrier to process
• May deliver supplies and/or equipment to offcampus facilities/clinics within the region as appropriate

Education: 

• High School Diploma/GED

Experience: 

• 1 year of Supply Chain distribution

Certifications/License: 

• Must have a valid driver license
• DOT Hazmat General Awareness, Security Awareness, and Function-Specific Training (USDOT) required within 90 days of hire
