Join UnityPoint Health as a Supply Chain Receiver and help ensure essential equipment and supplies reach the right place at the right time. As part of a collaborative supply chain team, you will process incoming shipments in the ERP system, inspect and document deliveries, and coordinate distribution to hospitals, clinics, and off-site facilities. You’ll also help resolve shipment discrepancies, process returns, and support inventory control, contributing to smooth, reliable operations that directly support patient care.

• Receive, unload, and process incoming freight shipments using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment. 
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage, ensuring all items meet purchase order requirements. 
• Accurately document receipt of goods in the ERP system (Lawson), maintaining up-to-date inventory and transaction records. 
• Identify and communicate shipment discrepancies with Central Procurement to ensure timely resolution. 
• Organize, file, and maintain packing slips and receiving documentation in compliance with department standards. 
• Deliver supplies and equipment to designated internal locations, including off-site clinics as needed. 
• Process vendor returns and coordinate outbound freight carrier shipments through ERP systems. 
• Ensure accurate, timely distribution of supplies to support clinical and operational needs across the organization. 

Education: 

• High school diploma or GED required. 

Experience: 

• One (1) year of supply chain distribution experience required. 

License(s)/Certification(s): 

• Valid driver’s license required. 
• Valid auto insurance required when driving a personal vehicle. 
• DOT Hazmat General Awareness, Security Awareness, and Function-Specific Training required within 90 days of hire.
