We’re seeking a Regional Supervisor Safety & Security to join our team! In this role, you’ll assist the Safety and Security Leader to manage the Safety and Security program for UnityPoint Health to achieve specific operational, quality, safety, security, service and financial goals while providing a safe and secure environment for visitors, patients, physicians and staff.

• Lead departmental operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions 
• Maintain and enforce departmental and hospital wide policies, procedures, and standard operating practices 
• Oversee staffing, timekeeping, rounding, budgeting, and daily workflow to ensure efficient and compliant operations 
• Patrol facilities, monitor visitor conduct, investigate incidents, and report safety or security hazards 
• Evaluate and update safety procedures, coordinate workplace injury follow-up, and deliver safety training for staff and vendors 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and implement policy changes to maintain a safe environment 

Education:  

• High School education or equivalent 
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Emergency Management or a related field is preferred 

Experience:  

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in law enforcement or security 

License(s)/Certification(s):
