The Administrative Assistant I NE is responsible for providing support to departments and/or healthcare teams with administrative tasks of low complexity. The role works with the administrative team to handle day-to-day communication, scheduling, and coordination of office operations. The role handles phone calls, emails, and correspondence, orders office supplies, and ensures the maintenance of office equipment. The role supports maintaining records, performing data entry, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports, as well as medical billing and insurance documents. The role performs basic administrative and clerical tasks while adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards in all administrative tasks.
