Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency  
  • Lead, coach, and develop clinical and patient service teams  
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management  
  • Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on quality care  
  • Act as a key liaison between patients, providers, and leadership  
  • Ensure a seamless, coordinated care experience for every patient  
  • Address concerns, support service recovery, and drive patient satisfaction  
  • Lead emergency preparedness and response to maintain a safe environment 
  • Elevate the Patient Experience and track key performance metrics to maximize clinic efficiency 

Qualifications

Education:   

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business or Health Care Management  

Experience:  

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, LPN, or CMA (required) 
  • 2+ years of experience in clinic operations, including planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising staff (preferred)
