Join our team at the Robert Young Center as a Mental Health Professional! The Mental Health Professional (MHP) provides community-based case management services to adults with severe mental illness using Trauma-Informed Care principles. Under the supervision of a Licensed or Qualified Mental Health Professional, the MHP completes assessments, assists with treatment planning, monitors client progress, and provides crisis intervention as needed.
The MHP collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support client recovery. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating services, and demonstrating Trinity’s values in all interactions with clients, families, and staff.
