Overview

This position performs essential Supply Chain functions and requires demonstrated mastery of Supply Technician I competencies. The primary focus is on replenishing supply closets (PARs) and ordering supplies for clinical departments. Uses the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to properly order supplies, print labels, maintain PARs, replenish specialty carts, and respond to STAT requests.

Responsibilities

Picking Supplies/Equipment

· Responsible for the intake of orders.

· Responsible for accurately and efficiently completing order.

· Properly collects and returns appropriate items to Central Supply.

· Responsible for cleaning and preparing equipment for delivery.

 

 

Deliver Supplies

· Safely transports supplies and equipment throughout the facility

· Responsible for the proper placement of supplies accurately and efficiently

· Keeps PAR clean and orderly

· Responsible for identifying product shortages and overages.

 

 

Customer Service

· Responsible for communicating to leadership issues and relays information.

· Notifies Inventory Controller of stock outs.

· Provide front line solutioning to assist customers with any supply need and escalating to

management as needed

Qualifications

Education:

High School Degree or equivalent College courses

 

Experience:

2+ Healthcare or inventory experience

 

 

License(s)/Certification(s):

Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
