Responsibilities

  • Repairs and performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of mechanical, electrical equipment, and plumbing systems.
  • Uses diagnostic tools to detect malfunctions and fix equipment, such as appliances, vehicles, or security systems.
  • Installs new equipment and tests functionality to ensure it meets company standards. 
  • Performs regular service checks to prevent equipment failure.
  • Tracks maintenance tasks by updating work orders, documenting materials used, and maintaining digital or written logs of repairs.
  • Responds to urgent maintenance calls, such as water leaks, power outages, or safety hazards. 
  • Assists with snow removal. 

Qualifications

Education: 

  • High School Degree or equivalent 
  • 2 year degree in skilled trades preferred

Experience:

  • 4 +years experience in maintenance 

 

License(s)/Certification(s): 

  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Current ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Systems certificate preferred
