Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive guidance to leaders and respond to team member inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and compliant handling of grievances, discipline, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct and document employee relations investigations in partnership with HR and Legal.
  • Recognize patterns, anticipate issues, and recommend solutions to improve workplace climate.
  • Support conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary documentation.
  • Monitor trends and escalate concerns to HR Business Partners and DEI teams.
  • Assist with ADA interactive processes, employee health compliance, and fit-for-duty conversations.
  • Participate in training, policy communication, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field required. 

Experience: 

  • 3+ years’ experience of Employee Relations experience required, including conducting investigations required.
