Our Pathways Programs are designed to support individuals who want to grow in healthcare by providing training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Participants receive the resources and encouragement needed to build valuable clinical skills while advancing their careers.
Selected candidates will be enrolled in the Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences 7-week Phlebotomy Certificate Program while gaining practical experience within our laboratory team.

Performs venous, arterial, and capillary blood collection, as well as specimen processing and delivery within the laboratory.
Ensures accurate patient identification, specimen labeling, and adherence to collection protocols with strong attention to detail.
Maintains knowledge of departmental functions, policies, and procedures, including AIDET and FOCUS values.
Provides education and guidance to staff and supports a positive team environment.
Assists in training new employees, offering support and instruction to ensure competency.
Complies with all quality assurance (QA) procedures and laboratory service standards.
Performs technical procedures within required turnaround times for assigned areas.
Monitors and follows technical practices to meet regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., CAP, JCAHO).
