• Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions by conducting physical
examinations and reviewing medical histories.
• Administer respiratory therapies including medical gas delivery,
nebulization, chest physiotherapy, airway management, and
mechanical ventilation (invasive and non-invasive) for pediatric,
adolescent, adult, and neonatal patients.
• Perform diagnostic testing such as arterial blood gas (ABG) collection
and analysis, pulmonary function testing, and pulse oximetry
• Monitor patient physiological responses to treatments and adjust care
or escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Manage artificial airways and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to
ensure patient safety and therapy effectiveness.
• Active member of the medical emergency response teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the patient
electronic medical record (EMR.).
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
regarding patient status and therapy plans.
• Provide assistance with internal patient transports.
