Overview

Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MT/MS)

Full-time, Part-time, or PRN (as needed). Shifts Vary.


We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Professional to perform all aspects of patient care in a laboratory environment that prioritizes patient safety. This role requires the ability to work across all areas of the clinical lab, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen processing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic lab testing and high-complexity analysis
  • Ensure quality across all testing phases with strong accuracy and QA practices
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Provide technical support to providers, patients, and families
  • Deliver care across all patient age groups
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection (inpatient, outpatient, long-term care)
  • Accurately identify, label, and manage specimens
  • Respond to STAT and time-sensitive requests promptly

Qualifications

Education:

An Associate Degree in a Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

 


License(s)/Certification(s):

Complete Laboratory Board of Certification through an approved agency such as American Society of Clinical Pathologists within one year of hire.

Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
