As a Laboratory Assistant / Phlebotomist I, you’ll perform venous and capillary collections, ensure precise specimen handling and labeling, and help keep our Central Collection department running smoothly. You’ll work collaboratively to solve problems, maintain compliance with laboratory standards, and support continuous improvement efforts.
This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, compassionate, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment who enjoys the independence and responsibility of 3rd shift.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy course, Medical Assistant, Associate of Arts, preferred.
Experience: Experience with phlebotomy, preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Communication skills including reading, writing & speaking fluent english, Adaptability, customer/patient focused, Interpersonal skills and Self-development.
Lifting Requirements: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
