The Utilization Review Assistant NE supports the operational execution of the utilization review process, with responsibilities that include documentation coordination, resource allocation tracking, interdepartmental communication, and payer correspondence. This role contributes to timely authorization of services, efficient use of clinical resources, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards. The Utilization Review Assistant works closely with clinical, care management, and administrative teams to help ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care, while supporting data collection and process continuity across the review function.
