The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for supporting departments and healthcare teams with administrative tasks of medium complexity. The role manages communication, scheduling, and travel arrangements. The role orders office supplies, maintains equipment, and oversees correspondence to ensure proper tracking and timely follow-up. The role maintains patient, staff, or departmental records, performs data entry, and prepares reports to support decision-making. The role updates documentation, assists with medical billing and insurance processing when applicable, and coordinates departmental projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and company standards.
