You’ll lead the design and delivery of impactful educational programs that inspire, challenge, and equip nursing staff with the skills and confidence to provide exceptional care.

Collaborates with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care standards.
Plans, coordinates, and oversees orientation programs for new clinical and non-clinical employees.
Educates and supports preceptors; monitors and evaluates orientee progress and development.
Designs and delivers educational programs for high-risk and high-volume clinical skills using evidence-based practices.
Communicates updates on procedures, standards, initiatives, and new equipment; ensures staff competency and retraining as needed.
Evaluates effectiveness of educational programs and revises content to improve outcomes.
Builds strong relationships across departments, medical staff, and community partners to enhance patient outcomes.
Participates in committees, supports special projects, monitors budgets, and serves as a professional role model.
