The HR Shared Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for HR support across all UnityPoint Health regions. In this role, you’ll assist employees, leaders, retirees, HR partners, and third parties by responding to Tier 1 phone and case inquiries and helping resolve a wide range of HR-related needs. Responsibilities include providing guidance on HR policies, payroll, benefits eligibility and enrollment, leave administration, HRIS systems, and other key moments throughout the employee life cycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent service, and supporting a diverse workforce.
