Full Time (36 hours per week); Nights 7pm-7:30am

 

To provide additional assistance to keep identified patients safe from self-harm.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure patient's safety by providing a safe environment
  • Assist patient with routine activities
  • Coordinate care with appropriate hospital personnel
  • Document implementation of safety protocols
  • Demonstrates the UnityPoint Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adheres to policies and procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Education: 

  • High school Diploma or GED preferred.
