The Director of Women’s & Children’s Services is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the strategic plan for the departments of Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Neonatal Intensive Care, & Pediatrics; which is consistent with the organization's strategic business plans. The Director is responsible for the development, communication and successful execution of established objectives (financial and clinical) within the departments.
