The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations, staff management, and clinical coordination within our Plastic Surgery Clinic. This role provides leadership to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and a positive work environment in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. The Clinic Supervisor serves as a key operational resource for providers, clinical staff, and patient service representatives, while also acting as a liaison to organizational leadership.
Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing schedules, and workflow.
Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate clinical and patient services staff.
Provide leadership that promotes efficiency, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
Support staff with knowledge of protocols, processes, and policies.
Address routine employee relations matters and escalate complex issues as needed.
Identify and resolve daily operational challenges and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Stay informed on clinic and organizational updates; promote continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
Maintain consistent, reliable attendance.
Serve as a liaison between providers, patients, and leadership to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
Promote a positive patient experience through effective education and service coordination.
Lead safety efforts during emergencies to protect staff, patients, and facility resources.
Support accounts payable, budgeting inputs, and management of controllable expenses.
Contribute to clinic and organizational strategic initiatives and performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety/risk management requirements.
Maintain compliance with personnel policies and secure handling of protected health information.

Business or healthcare management degree preferred.
2–3 years of clinic operations experience preferred, ideally within a medical or surgical specialty environment.
