The Administrative Assistant - Plant Operations, under the direction of the Director Regional Facilities, is responsible for performing office administrative activities. This position also assists with organizing, archiving, and maintaining departmental files such as SOP's, service records, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Supportive administrative assistant duties and activities
  • Creates and maintains departmental files for operation and maintenance manuals of hospital equipment and files and/or archives appropriately
  • Maintains and updates departmental policies and procedures
  • Assists with Plant Operations preventative maintenance program
  • Assists with creation and organization of files related to the management of hospital related construction projects
  • Assists with purchase order requisitioning

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

Experience:

  • 3 years of clerical/administrative experience
  • Prior healthcare, construction, or industrial related experience preferred
