Overview

Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director of Clinical Decision Support and Quality and staff which includes Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention, Clinical Informatics and Risk Management.

Responsibilities

  • Attends monthly/quarterly/bi-monthly meetings and transcribes meeting minutes.
  • Distributes and prepares meeting documents.
  • Manages/coordinates calendar meetings, room reservations via Outlook.
  • Creates spreadsheets/presentations/correspondence as needed.
  • Maintains department documents related to DNV/DIA.
  • Maintains department documents for staff.
  • Maintains department records related to staff.
  • Manages/edits/distributes Quality newsletter.
  • Provides physician reappointment assistance/ support.
  • Facilitates document control processes
  • Acts as department timekeeper – UKG entries / submission

Qualifications

Experience: 

High school graduate or GED equivalent required

 

Education:

Two years secretarial experience required
