Join our team as an HR Business Partner, where you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives on variety and enjoys partnering closely with leaders and employees across the organization. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll bring broad knowledge across core HR areas—including performance and talent management, employment law, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations. You’ll support a range of functions such as recruitment, employee recognition, HR compliance, compensation, benefits administration, and strategic workforce planning. In this role, you’ll influence culture, enhance the employee experience, and help drive centralized and consistent HR practices that support our organizational goals. Business Acumen & Strategic Consulting
Understands business strategy, challenges, and external market trends to develop HR solutions that drive outcomes.
Builds business cases, leads HR projects, and coaches leaders on strategic workforce planning.
Partners with leaders and HR COEs to implement initiatives, improve operational performance, and promote inclusiveness.
Provides mentoring on culture, labor relations, and collective bargaining strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Talent Management
Supports workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews aligned with business strategy.
Guides leaders on development, performance management, DEI initiatives, engagement, and retention programs.
Ensures fair evaluation and reward practices, and consults on high-risk employee relations issues.
Coaches leaders on engagement results and helps implement improvement plans.
Data & Judgment
Uses HR metrics to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and inform decisions.
Partners with leaders to focus on critical business metrics and influence outcomes.
Agility
Acts as a Change Champion for cultural and organizational initiatives.
Advises leaders on change management, process improvements, and innovative HR solutions.
Stays current on HR best practices and emerging trends.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management or related field
Experience:
Five (5) years of combined proven experience in an HR Business Partner/business consultation role within multiple HR functional areas and/or employee/labor relations.
License(s)/Certification(s):
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. SHRM-CP, SHRM S-CP, PHR, SPHR or related certification.
