Responsibilities

WANTED: This top quality, hospitality-minded associate will lead an exceptional team and provide optimal service for patients, families, visitors and staff. This person will work with environmental service staff, housekeepers, managers, and supervisors to provide the best outcome for every patient, every time. This individual must be highly self-motivated and customer service focused with excellent communication skills in a time sensitive, diverse environment which requires the use of critical thinking skills. This customer service focused person should have strong skills and knowledge of housekeeping processes with the desire to learn new techniques. Our goal is to provide our patients and family with clean and sanitary conditions and keep our buildings and offices exceptionally clean. We maintain a high level of professionalism by consistently utilizing a holistic approach considering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, safety and related criteria appropriate for the assigned area. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous supervisor experience required. Experience in professional cleaning is preferred.
