Home Health RN Opportunities – UnityPoint at Home

• Positions Available:
  • RN Case Manager
  • RN Visit Nurse (Weekend Package)
• Schedule: Full-time (1.0 FTE), Day and Weekend options available
• Location: Quad Cities Region

Medical/Surgical RN Opportunities – UnityPoint Health Hospitals

• Shifts: Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Rotation: Every 3rd weekend & holiday rotation
• Locations: Rock Island & Bettendorf campuses

Minimum Requirements (All RN Roles)

• Graduate of an accredited RN program but New Graduates welcome
• Active RN license in applicable state(s)
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (Home Health only)
• Additional certifications may be required based on unit (e.g., NIHSS, Chemotherapy, Telemetry)
