Provide comprehensive mental health care including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups. Utilize evidence-based practices and ensure care aligns with ethical, cultural, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with families and professionals to support patient treatment goals and ensure patient safety.

Clinical Care

• Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments; diagnose per DSM standards.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, including crisis intervention.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and make referrals as needed.

• Engage collateral sources (family, friends, agencies) to support treatment.

• Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate care.

• May perform Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or court-related evaluations.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Participate in team meetings, training, and case consultations.

• Communicate promptly with patients and colleagues.

• May provide supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians or students.

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with treatment goals.

• Meet productivity standards and maintain current licensure.

• Adhere to all ethical, billing, and regulatory requirements.
