An Administrative Support Coordinator is tasked with providing support to hospital managers. This can include a variety of different administrative tasks, ranging from centralized scheduling of staff, timekeeping, scheduling appointments and meetings, creating reports, memos and any other types of documents. Duties may vary from day-to-day, depending on the needs of the hospital managers. Essentially, you will be the managers’ right hand when it comes to a variety of different tasks. Supervision work including projects and business operations and others as assigned.

• Timekeeping Acute Care, Resource Team
• Operations
o Updates and maintains staff certification/advanced degree board
o Updates and maintains FOCUS boards
o Assists with Department meetings
o Assists and participates in organizational and house wide meetings and initiatives as business representative for the unit
o Policy Reviewer
o Inputs security requests
o Schedules orientation and weekly evaluations
o Assists with education and skills assessments
o Coordinates job shadows
• Care Financing
Education:
Associates degree in business or healthcare related field Bacholors preferred
Experience:
Computer applications-word, excel, powerpoint, experience with business operations
License(s)/Certification(s):
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to exercise good judgment, develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships and adapt to change. Ability to spell correctly, write or print legibly, speak clearly, use correct grammar. Ability to organize work. Requires knowledge of medical terminology. Must have computer skills and be able to produce documents, letters, and reports as directed.
