The Executive Director of Facilities and Real Estate is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of all healthcare facilities and real estate assets across the system. This role ensures that all hospitals, clinics, administrative buildings, and support facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with the our mission and strategic priorities. This role is also responsible for developing a culture of innovation, leveraging AI, and implementing smart building technologies. The leader will lead teams in facilities management, real estate, and construction, ensure regulatory compliance, support clinical operations, and collaborate with market senior leadership. Significant travel is required to stay aligned with market priorities and to oversee facilities, real estate, and construction projects across the UPH markets.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is required.
Masters degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Healthcre Administration, Business, or related field is preferred.
