Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM TUESDAYS 8AM-12PM - weekend rotation Saturday OR Sunday 8AM-12PM every 5-6 weeks
Full-time + benefits - 36 hours/week

We’re looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who thrives in a fast-paced, child-focused environment. If you’re upbeat, flexible, and have a heart for pediatric care, we’d love to meet you.
Rooming pediatric patients and making them feel at ease (bonus points for sticker skills!)
Taking vitals, updating health histories, and recording developmental milestones
Assisting providers with well-child checks, immunizations, and minor procedures
Administering vaccines based on the immunization schedule (training provided if needed)
Preparing exam rooms with clean supplies, toys, and a calm environment
Reassuring nervous kids and supporting concerned parents
Calling families with lab results, instructions, or follow-up reminders
Helping with referrals, paperwork, and coordination with schools or specialists
Education: Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program (required)
Certification: Current CMA credential from one of the following:
AAMA – American Association of Medical Assistants
NCCT – National Center for Competency Testing
NHA – National Healthcareer Association
AMT – American Medical Technologists
Experience: Prior experience in pediatrics or primary care preferred—but if you love kids and learn quickly, we’ll train you!
Skills & Traits:
Patience, empathy, and a kid-friendly attitude
Comfort with EMR systems (we use [Epic])
Ability to multitask and stay calm when things get busy
Strong communication with both children and their caregivers
