Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion

  • Manage patient check-in, registration, and check-out processes

  • Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments

  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

  • Collect payments and verify insurance information accurately

  • Support clinic staff and ensure a smooth, positive patient experience

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Must have a High School Diploma/GED

Experience: 

  • Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or customer service role preferred

Other Skills: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Microsoft Office - basic computer skills
