Current Iowa License to practice as a RN. BSN preferred. Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment strength and agility test at Medium Level of Work. Requires previous related experience.  Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire.  Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtain certification within one (1) year from date of hire.
