Lead the future of Iowa Lutheran Hospital emergency care as a Manager in our Emergency Department. This role provides vital leadership support and oversight for a dedicated, high-performaing clinical team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll guide the team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our Level IV Trama Center provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, specializing in trauma, medical, surgical, and psychiatric emergencies.

The nurse manager has 24 hour accountability and responsibility for a direct care unit or units. The manager is responsible for creating safe, healthy environments that support the work of the health care team and contribute to patient engagement.
