This position is responsible for the regional support and management of clinical tasks through central work of the Epic in basket messaging system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing work queues related to overdue and expiring patient orders, results, and patient messages. This role will work Regional Medication Prior Authorizations and work closely with the clinics to ensure timely follow up to patient tasks.
This position requires on-site training in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for 3-6 months. Training would be during standard hours, M-F 8a-5p. Once trained, evenings and weekends remote are an option.

Our team manages a wide range of authorizations using third-party platforms, including Parachute (for CGMs), Amgen (for Prolia), CoverMyMeds, Availity, and more.
