Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
The Scheduler position provides support to the clinical field staff by means of assisting with the registration and scheduling of patient visits based on wide variety of treatment needs. Scheduling staff manage self-referals over the phone from patients as well as manage internal and external referrals that present by phone, fax or electronic work queues. Associated responsibilitites are the foundation of all clinic flow and productivity which requires staff to be efficient and highly accurate. Effective communication and collaboration with clinical staff, supervisors, patients and their peers is essential in this role. This position is a major component in supporting the company initiatives of patient satisfaction and employee engagement as well as compliance with company policies, payor source, federal regulations, and is a huge part of many process changes.
