Responsibilities

  • Participants selected will work a 0.4 FTE (32 hours a pay period) and receive supplemental income equivalent to a 0.5 FTE (40 hours a pay period) to keep their total FTE whole at a 0.9/Full Time benefit eligible status.
  • After completing the program, participants must remain at UnityPoint Health – Fort Dodge for 3 years upon completion of PG ASN Program.
  • Program length: 18 months
  • Sign-on bonus eligible (upon RN licensing following program)

Qualifications

  • Internal team members with minimum 1 year experience at UnityPoint Health – Fort Dodge. 
  • Be eligible to work as a Patient Care Technician, CMA, or LPN.
  • Provide a current leader recommendation. (please add to your application)
  • Must be in good standing according to regional corrective action policy within 6 months from application date and through completion of the program. 
  • Meet the admissions and educational requirements of Purdue Global University.  
  • Be currently working on or willing to transition to an eligible position in a Med/Surg department during and after program completion.
