As a Respiratory Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and supportive start for patients entering our respiratory care services. You’ll manage incoming orders, assess patient needs, and coordinate the timing of services to deliver the highest level of care. In this role, you’ll serve as the key connection between patients, providers, and our respiratory team—gathering necessary documentation for insurance approvals, troubleshooting equipment concerns over the phone, scheduling appointments, and helping patients stay on track with their prescribed therapy.
