Key Accountability

• The answering of calls from the outside to notify doctors, transfer to patient room or transfer to another UPC.
• Utilization of Vocera for communication of codes.
• Utilization of computer with Window word, Excel and Outlook for communication and everyday activities.
• Willing and ready to assist other team members with their duties as time permits or need arises.
• Other duties as assigned (duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time).

Education: High School diploma or equivilent.

Experience: Excel, Word, and Outlook

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
• Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to work individually and as a group.
• Ability to recognize, analyzes, and solves a variety of problems.
