Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner, coordinate incoming calls and referrals, and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries related to equipment, supplies, and services.

  • Support Patient Education and Equipment Setup
    Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the proper use of medical equipment; prepare and assist with equipment delivery, setup, and troubleshooting; and maintain accurate product and insurance knowledge.

  • Manage Storefront Operations and Collaborate with Affiliates
    Restock and maintain storefront inventory, process work orders and authorizations, and work closely with clinical staff and physicians to meet patient needs while promoting store sales and rentals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school or vocational school graduate or an equivalent combination of education + experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience ina sales or customer service role in the HME or similiar industry.
