Telehealth Cart Technician (TCT) will be responsible for the setup, transporting, and troubleshooting of telehealth carts used for virtual patient visits. TCT will ensure that all technology functions smoothly and provide support to healthcare professionals and patients in utilizing telehealth systems, including assisting providers with physical assessments. TCT will assist with clear and reliable communication between patient and Telehealth provider during exam.

Current CMA certification.
High school diploma
License(s)/Certification(s):
Current CMA certification
BLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.
MOAB certification obtained with 6 months
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
