• Audits clinical documentation for compliance in accordance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and other payers quality indicators.
• Monitors non-compliance with quality standards; investigates, evaluates and identifies opportunities for improvement and provides guidance and counsel to clinic management regarding internal controls.
• Provides education and consultation to the clinical staff, including physicians and non physician providers, regarding quality and performance improvement.
• Demonstrates initiative to improve quality and customer service by striving to exceed customer expectations.

• Coordinates the development of clinical practice guidelines as directed by the Quality Committee.
• Develops and implements annual Blank Children's Pediatric Clinics Plan under the direction of the Chair of the Quality Committee and the PMC.
• Provides analytic and auditing support for research projects as approved by the research department and PMC.
• Collects and analyzes data, including statistical analysis, and submits reports as assigned.
