Nutrition Services Lead
Full Time; 11:30am-8:00pm

Works with the Manager of Nutrition Services and the Director of Nutrition Services to hire, train and direct foodservice workers. The employee prepares employee schedules, assists in the QA program, prepares HACCP production and service logs, ensures quality patient care, trains employees, and relieves for staff absence. Employee also assists in ordering, inventory and food control. Employee ensures food safety and quality of food for service in retail as well as patient services.

Education: Culinary Arts or Food Service Management or Similar, degree preferred (not required)
Experience: 3- 5+ years high volume food production or similar preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s): Serve Safe Certification (will help obtain if needed; obtain within 6 months after hire)
